You really need to target the area you want to move to, the size of the place and amenities that are important to you … and then look in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, or on Realtor.com for purchase prices. With the sad state of the economy, you can really get a great deal on some fabulous buildings in Atlanta.

If you choose to rent, again it depends where you’re going, and the size of the apt. Some complexes offer a free month when you sign a year’s lease. You can probably find a nice one bedroom for ~ $800, with a pool, club house and sometimes even a gym.

Thats a really broad question. It depends on how many bedrooms and baths you want, where in Atlanta you are going to be looking, if you want something brand new or something old, etc. On average (2 bedroom, not new but not old) I would say between $900-$1200.
